Cancellation Policy
**Please read and understand all policies before booking an appointment:**
1. An active credit card is required to schedule and secure an appointment.
2. A $30 deposit is required and will go towards the service.
3. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
4. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
5. Repeated Rescheduling - If you reschedule your appointment more than twice, the third time will be considered a cancellation, and you will forfeit 100% of the service fee.
6. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
7. If you're running late, please contact me. If you arrive 20 minutes you’ll be turned down since you’ll be considered a no-show. You’ll be charged 100% of the service fee.
8. Changing or downgrading services during the appointment is allowed, but you will be charged the higher/original price.
9. Requests to change or downgrade services must be made 48 hours before the appointment to avoid paying the higher/original price.
10. Upgrading services during the appointment is allowed if time permits.
11. I reserve the right to reject appointments for any valid reason. This includes clients who are rude, do not respect my policies, or disregard my time constraints.
